One of the most exciting ways you, your family, or your organization can participate in the work of Helen’s Acres is to become a Plot Sponsor!

As a Plot Sponsor, your name will featured on a sign right on the specific plot of land you are sponsoring. This will announce to all who visit the farm that you are an important partner with Helen’s Acres in the effort to address issues of food security in the Central Okanagan.

We will send you regular updates regarding the progress on the produce being grown on your plot, which you can share on your social media platforms, if you like.

In addition, you can consider your plot as the focal point of your volunteer efforts, if you are interested in tangibly getting involved in the growing of the food on your plot. Our team will always provide guidance, and will certainly take care of your plot, should you not be able to provide hands-on service. Further, your volunteering is not necessarily limited to your plot; we can guide you to many other volunteer opportunities on Helen’s Acres.
